Cash Tips - Do I need a camera?

Do you need a camera to accept a cash tip?  Here's the answer to that question. 

 Limousine drivers may accept cash tips without requiring an approved security camera to be installed in the vehicle because a tip is not considered a fare for the journey.  The cash transaction is not being made as payment for the journey. However, if the service otherwise meets the risk criteria it must have an approved security camera installed and operating.
