Hi,
Please find attached all documents required for stamping the sale of a limousine service licence.
This licence was  purchased for $4500 so does not attract stamp duty. The Department or Transport and Main Roads still require the documents to be stamped. Would you please stamp them and mail the them to me at your soonest convenience.
I have also included the sales receipt and form D2.2
Please don’t hesitate to call me if you require any further information to complete this stamping.
Please mail the stamped documents to my address: PO Box 007, Brisbane QLD 4007
Would you please kindly confirm by return email that this email has been received.

OSR will mail the buyer the F5186 Licence Transfer Application form, it will be stamped.

4. Buyer submits the stamped Transfer form F5186 to DTMR, once they are returned from OSR. Also new lease documentation needs to be submitted if the licence is leased.

5. DTMR will mail the buyer the new licence in their name with attached annexures.
